Refunds

Please note that no refunds or transfers are given unless under special circumstances.

If your child has ordered tuckshop but is absent from school and we are informed, then their lunch will be given to children/staff that have forgotten their lunch or are in need of a good nourishing meal. Alternatively, you are welcome to let someone else in your child’s class know that they can have the meal.

Please take into consideration when ordering that your child may have a camp coming up and may be away from school during tuckshop.

Here at The Happy Tummy, we volunteer a lot of our time and take pride in the service that we are able to offer the school. If under special circumstances you would like to ask for a refund please e-mail us with your details and request. Please note that we will consider your request however we reserve the right to reject it.
