Here at ‘The Happy Tummy’ tuckshop we have a real drive and passion for looking after our environment and we pride ourselves on constantly looking at new ways to improve and become more environmentally friendly. We work very closely with the school policies and uphold the same values. We strive to avoid all single-use plastics wherever possible and are constantly looking at ways to improve.

We are constantly researching and adapting to available ingredients and produce. We buy Australian owned, grown and made whenever possible.

We take great pride in announcing that all our first break meals are now totally plastic free! All by-products are completely recyclable and/or compostable.

Our warm Fried Rice or Creamy Pesto Pasta with Fresh Garlic Bread can now be purchased and enjoyed with the knowledge that you are greatly helping the environment and not contributing to the world’s plastic problem whatsoever.

Our muffins that are available for second break are now also fully plastic free and environmentally friendly.

We are very proud and excited with these achievements, however we are committed and driven to constantly look at new ways to improve.
